Zachary Ogden, DPM, provides conservative and surgical management to treat all conditions of the foot and ankle at Louisville Foot and Ankle Specialists. The practice has offices in Louisville, Leitchfield, Elizabethtown, Shepherdsville, Fern Creek, and Jeffersonville, Kentucky.
Dr. Ogden was born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He obtained his doctoral degree in 2009 from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2012, Dr. Ogden completed a three-year foot and ankle surgery residency program at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. He has practiced with Louisville Foot and Ankle Specialists since 2012.
Dr. Ogden has a great understanding of the pathology and ailments relating to the foot and ankle. He has a special interest in the treatment of diabetic and neuropathic patients who suffer from acute and chronic wounds. Dr. Ogden is currently on the staff at the Norton Audubon and Norton Brownsboro Wound Healing Centers multiple days a week to provide a comprehensive limb salvage approach to healing wounds.
Dr. Ogden currently resides in the Highlands neighborhood of Louisville with his girlfriend, Kacey, and their dog, Hero. He is excited to call Louisville his home and to take care of the people within this community.
In his spare time, Dr. Ogden enjoys staying physically active by running and lifting weights. He ran cross country and track in high school as well as in college at the Division II level. Dr. Ogden knows the demands of runners and can work with those individuals to ensure they return to the high level of function they expect.
